Vincents Tekenlokaal

Vincent Van Gogh came living in Tilburg when he was 13 years old in 1866. He went to school in the former Palace Town hall. This is where he got drawing lessons from Constant Huijsmans, someone who likes to be innovative. He was the one that awakened Vincent's talent. At Vincent's tekenlokaal [Vincent's drawing classroom] you can discover where and how the young van Gogh was taught and develop your own drawing talent using more modern techniques.

Vincents Tekenlokaal regularly organises masterclasses for adolescents, during which they are taught by a real artist. At the end of the lesson, you will have made amazing works of art! You make your art on one of the digital screens, where they're waiting for you! You can use a digital pen, chalk, pencil, oil paint, spatula or graffiti spraycan. The options are great.

See you soon at Vincent's tekenlokaal!
