BRAMS Gourmet Frites

When you enter the Heuvelstraat from the Heuvelplein you will see BRAM'S located on the right side of the street. You can enjoy culinary fries here with a special stew developed by a famous television chef in the Netherlands.

The foundation for BRAM'S originates in 1967, when Bram Ladage began selling fresh fries at the market in Rotterdam. His shop was immediately a big success. His secret; only the best quality potatoes are used, are hand-cut, and are fried in the purest vegetable oil. The craftsmanship and knowledge Bram obtained and cultured over the years, have been passed down from generation upon generation. Now a new concept has opened; BRAM'S. Their motto; "Big fries, fresh and crunchy."

Fries and stews.

The fresh fries form the base of BRAM'S. They are always carefully cut, cooked to perfection and served with 100% passion and love. They have a great passion for potato fries and strive to be perfect for every order they serve. Their goal is to make sure the customer enjoys a unique experience they will not soon forget. The fries are grown by local farmers who put as much care, if not more, into the potatoes they serve at BRAM'S. They leave the potatoes unpeeled, giving them a rustic character. With a combination of passion, craftsmanship and a snuff of sea salt to finish they hope to provide their customers with the most crunchy and delicious fries in the world. BRAM'S believes that their fries or not merely meant to be enjoyed as a side dish, that is why they have developed a special line of stews. These have been developed in collaboration with the team of a famous Dutch chef; Herman den Blijker. Top your fries with Captain's Beef, Pulled Pork, Asian Chicken, Pumpkin Veal or for vegetarians; Veggie Mushrooms.
